The Cubs participated in the cub scout Olympics yesterday.

I am happy to say we were the biggest pack there (15 cubs there out of a

total of 80, 8 packs participated)

We had the bronze medal overall in the 8 year old age group (Cameron Hill)

and the silver in the 10 year old age group (Glen Potter).

District made sure everyone would go home with a medal and so the top 1/3 of

all cubs got a gold medal, the middle 1/3 a silver and the bottom 1/3

bronze.

Our cubs had 4 gold in the end, 7 silver and 4 bronze.

So we had a great result and I was told overall we were the winners,

unfortunately there was no prize for the best pack overall.
