We are a Village Scout Group with many scouts coming from other villages.
The Scout Group was formed in 1911, over the years many leaders have come and gone but never forgotten,
Remembering scouting is run by volunteers, some of the leaders of past have given 40 years service and some of the present leaders
have just clocked up 25 years service.
Over the years the hut has seen many changes from meeting in the local church hall to a small wood hut and eventually
to a large building which has in recent years under gone some modernization such as New Kitchen, Double glazing, Climbing wall
computers and Broadband. The committee have plans this year ti improve the fabric of the building and improve the toilet facilities.
